Symphony Solutions

Symphony Solutions is the project management division of the Group, which works in partnership with customers to control the process of furniture supply and installation.

Symphony has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the fitted furniture market and recognises the importance of providing an effective and efficient service to our customers. We understand that delivering the right products at the right time is only part of the process, and that our proven ability to supply a comprehensive installation package forms an essential part of the service we offer.

  • A partnership approach throughout the complete process.
  • Open and clear lines of communication at all levels.
  • Delivery of goods and services on time and correctly.
  • Controlled project management through our field based personnel.
  • Furniture installation within agreed time-scales (once the goods are delivered to site).
  • The identification and resolution of any (product based) issues prior to completion of the installation.
  • Customer care (post-occupation) issues to be dealt with swiftly.
  • Symphony personnel to be utilised throughout the contract - where possible. Where we do need to employ sub-contractors, we will ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Quality audits to verify that both the product and installation are consistent with our expectations.
  • Management review meetings to monitor performance and confirm any appropriate action points.
